Join local artist Rebecca Bennett for a relaxed and inspiring evening exploring the wonderful versatility of charcoal. Whether you’re new to charcoal or looking to develop your skills, Rebecca will introduce you to a range of techniques, from building up and taking away layers to expressive mark making and creating depth, tone and texture. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment, discover how much charcoal can do, and learn how to bring your own ideas and style into your work. Expect a fun, creative evening with plenty to explore — and hopefully you’ll leave feeling inspired, having learned lots and ready to keep creating.
